The Historic Towns Trust collects information from our users at a number of different points depending on how you use and interact with our website. If you submit an enquiry through our contact form, that enquiry will be emailed to a mailbox monitored by The Historic Towns Trust, the email is then stored securely which enables us to respond to your enquiry.
